  • you select a cup and a milk jug that are suitable for preparing espresso and frothed milk.
  • You correctly measure the proportions of the ingredients: 1/5 espresso, 2/5 milk, 2/5 froth.
  • You prepare the espresso in a wide cup, and the same time (or immediately after) you heat the milk.
  • You emulsify the milk using the ideal technique, achieving a dense, firm, and velvety froth, without any obvious bubbles on the surface.
